You need a code to enter the hotel, use the elevator, and access your room, which felt secure and easy to use. Customer service was also excellent. Whenever I had a question or issue, I could message them through Expedia and received a reply very quickly. The hotel itself was very clean, and the location was perfect since it is right in the center of the city. The Central Railway Station is within walking distance, and there are many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, making it very easy to get around and enjoy Helsinki. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it."

"You cannot beat this hotel for location. It is a short walk from the main station. It is connected to the mall and subway stations and it is in the heart of Helsinki! Personally, I loved their breakfast. The freshness and organic nature of the food was much appreciated. The staff were incredible and you couldn't ask for better. However, the rooms are kind of small, amenities lacking and just basic overall. "
