"This is a HOSTEL, not hotel. We probably wouldn't have booked here if we would have known before.
The front desk is on the first floor, the staff helps with heavy luggage.
During our stay, breakfast was changed from buffet style to plates (which had to be chosen the day before)"

"My favorite stay was at HIDATAKAYAMA! This hotel was amazing — it felt like they really cater to picky travelers. The room was spacious, super clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it incredibly comfortable. Everything you could need was provided, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent place to stay. It’s so nice to have a whole place to yourself. Having a kitchen, and a bathtub as well was great. Location is very central, and took no time at all to walk to no matter where we were in town. Very clean. I would highly recommend here"

"Hotel is a very short distance from train station. Check-in and out staff members were wonderful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. The food was great. The breakfast servers were very professional, friendly, kind to ensure we enjoy the breakfast. We felt very welcome. "
