The staff are a credit to the hotel. I found them helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded to the president suite room 128 i would highly recommend for families. Even though the room was a little dated it was clean and tidy. Have already rebooked for our next break

Holiday Inn Lancaster by IHG
Clean and nicely decorated room. Unexpected mini fridge with nice goodies in it - drinks, kitkats, crips, biscuits. Massive and comfy bed. Great shower. Breakfast was good & plentiful.
