They had customers waiting and they were on the phone with a manager trying to resolve issues within the hotel. when they finally help me they promised to refund the room because I had to wait and was given a smoking allowed room in lieu of non-smoking. They eventually check us in. The hotel is noisy due to its location near a main intersection."

"I love this hotel. Stay here at least once a month to once every two weeks. The only problem this time was our bathroom had ants. I informed the front desk, ladies and all they said was.I'm so sorry. I really hope that gets taken care of because it's not cool.Why you're going pee having an ant crawl on your foot."
