"All of the fun pools close between 6:00 and 6:30pm. Which is a real bummer. By the time you're able to check in, get into your room, get ready, and walk over they're already closed or close to it. Its May. Time to keep longer hours. We chose to stay here a few nights to give the kids a fun experience outside of the gulf for easy swimming. They were super bummed and so were we. I wouldn't stay here again just for that. The beds weren't the best. The bathrooms super outdated and gross looking. The only plus side was the free laundry onsite. We didnt use the free shuttle to the island so I cant speak on that."

"Stayed for a couple of nights. Only downsides were the AC was noisy in the bedroom. Outside of that - everything else was great."

"Room was clean as was the property. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Noise from the road next to the hotel made it hard to sleep. Location was good, was fine for a one night stay but in future would stay farther from main road/airport just from a noise standpoint as I am a light sleeper. "

"The room was beautiful and clean. I have stayed at hotels where the colors and decor were not pleasant to look at. The room was clean and simple. The staff was amazing and always fulfilled every request. The airport shuttle was awesome, and the drivers were my kind of guys, super friendly and wanting to help. The shuttle even took me to my doctor's appt. which was so helpful. We ate at the restaurant within the hotel and found the food good. The waiter was again very friendly and wanting to do whatever it took to make out stay special."

"Breakfast was horrible scrambled eggs everyday toaster didn’t work. Cereal no bowls available. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. They advertised a hot breakfast. We never saw anyone else come in for breakfast. Expedia messed up our reservations. We stayed because it was convenient for where we needed to be."
