Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

However, for a 40 room hotel, they really need to have someone at the reception 24/7 because after 11 pm there is nobody there to open doors or support guests in case of emergencies.
