"Excellent customer service, super clean hotel, and quite close to the airport and other places in San Diego. The breakfast is good, the cafeteria is a little small for the number of rooms and it gets quite crowded. But the comfort of the rooms and the cleanliness deserve 5 stars. "

"Our initial room was clean, but the hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell. Fortunately, the general manager was incredibly kind and quickly moved us to a recently renovated room in another hallway, which made a big difference. Breakfast was good, with just enough options to satisfy both adults and kids. The location is very convenient—close to downtown, the San Diego Zoo, and SeaWorld. There’s plenty of parking available, but keep in mind that it comes with an additional fee."

"First time staying here at The Crowne and it was great! Room super spacious and a separate vanity area was a perk! We had a lovely view from the balcony and the bed was perfect! The staff was polite and helpful. Hotel is in a prime location near eateries and the mall. Definitely coming back! "
