"Clean Room and enough Parking space. The Reception opens at 15:00 so if you arrive early, you won’t be able to talk to someone personally. There’s a Grocery nearby. It’s just around 5 minutes from Europa Park and Rulantica."

"We enjoyed Hotel and Gasthaus Lowen very much. Booking the hotel was easy and the communication from the hotel to us was excellent. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving. Our room was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. It was the ideal place for us to stay as visited the Christmas market in Freiburg."

"The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking the old town, plenty of close restaurants and a grocery store. It is a central location for hiking in the area. There was air conditioning and a safe which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was ok but the rooms are smaller than we expected and the carpeting was quite dated and needs replacement."

"Experienced difficulty with the email notification on how to access the lock box to enter the property using contact free check in. Thankfully we were able to reach an employee who was on property and helped us get our room key."
