"We booked a reservation two weeks ago. We arrived at 4:00pm on May 14, 2026 and were told by the person manning the reception counter that there were no rooms available and our reservation would not be honored. There were multiple people loitering in the lobby and the desk person acted as if we were interrupting him. Rude doesn't even cover it."

"WHOEVER CLEANS THE PREMISES needs to be educated in how to clean the room. I cleaned the tub and bathroom before I would use it, it is still stained, a lot of grime came off but it is sanitized as well as the floor and flat surfaces. (A while back I started bringing my own cleaning supplies.) The rinsed towel tells the tale. I DO NOT USE THE BEDDING, any hotels, at least they use a mattress pad, the sheets are either stained or not clean. (I bring my own pillows and sheet to wrap up in and use my large towel underneath.) I gave it a 1 because at least this time the room does not reek of tobacco & pot. Some people are pigs & you can't help that, but the parking lot & ice/laundry room are deplorable. They aren't alone, I do not think AFFORDABLE LODGING AND CLEANLINESS CAN’T BE USED IN THE SAME SENTENCE, no matter the hotel brand.If I could find a safe parking lot to sleep in my car with my cat, I would, and save the money. .The front office texted & asked how my stay was going, It was 4 o’clock in the morning a & there had been a group of RUDE PEOPLE TALKING VERY LOUDLY &smoking just outside the room on and off since 1:30. i have driven for 10+ hours and have 8 more to go tomorrow, and will have only a few hours sleep because of the rude people. and i believe no action from the front desk, yep I called. I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF ACCESS TO THE HIGHWAY AND THE McDONALDS. Time fir a change."

"The hotel was pretty clean and modern. I would have rated it higher except for a couple of reasons. I asked the front desk to have maintenance fix the blind on the first night. The next two days, same thing. I finally fixed it myself so the blind would stay up and let some light in the room. The microwave door also didn't open easily and my TV was older. The one across the hall had already been updated. Little things but they are needed for the 4th star. As far as the breakfast area, Monday was good, nicely stocked. Tuesday not as much and by Wednesday it was pretty lame and Thursday there was hardly any variety available. They did restock by Friday but they need to be stocked better during the week. I would stay there again"

"This hotel looks a little bit like it's from an old horror movie. Very long dark hallways. We entered into our room and there were splatters of something running down the wall, some sort of white stains all over the bag the blow dryer was in, the bottoms if the doors were all splintered and I could not bring myself to walk barefoot on the carpet. We lifted the mattress up to check for cleanliness and found a used sleep mask. I would not stay there again."

"There was ample parking, the room was clean, and staff was nice. There is an onsite restaurant, Petals, which is fine for meals, but it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast included with our room."

"Advertised as free breakfast, NO breakfast was offered at this location. Coffee and tea available 24/7, that's all. Rooms were horrible. The stench of smoke as we opened the door was so bad. And it lingered the entire time we were there. Toilet was not bolted down on either side and rocked as you were on it. Toilet seat slid around as well. The center faucet wiggled because it wasn't installed properly. Hot/cold handles were put on backwards. Took a bath and shower at the same time. An old bracket from a towel bar was still hanging on the wall. Flooring stuck up in places and almost cut our feet. Horrible place! Do not stay here! They should be paying us to stay!"
