"The hotel staff was friendly and the environment welcoming. The room was well-appointed and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and steam room amenities as well. The breakfast was okay - there was a good variety, though I wish there would have been some fruit options. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd love to come back! "

"I lived staying at this property. I was in a one bedroom suite. It truly felt like separate sleeping quarters. They have two tv sets for each sleeping area. Fully stocked kitchen. There is no cooking range, however. There’s a pizza restaurant on site. However, if you don’t want to eat there, there are several options. It’s approximately 15 minutes from the beach. The staff on every shift was exceptions and possibly the best thing about the stay. Destiny was awesome for our check-in. There were home baked cookies. Twenty- four hour beverage station with coffee, tea, and diffused water for your pleasure. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend. "

"The Icona is our go to hotel as it is always extremely clean, they have staff like JoJo at the front desk that provide a smile and a warm welcome each year and the shuttle service by John cannot be matched. We will visit again next year for sure!"
