"Airport Shuttle: there is a bus service to the Airport. A/C: Individual A/C in each guest room instead of central system. You have better temperature & air flow control. Room cleaning service is good and in timely manner. Staffs are very professional and willing to help. Near the Train station & MRT. "

"Good stay for 5 days. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaning and replenishment of disposables n replacement of towels. Staff members were extremely polite and helpful. ( eg. Vicky went beyond her call of duty to search online after we went out, to locate an item we were looking for) There were lots of eating places withun walkung dustance. Cabs can be arranged easily by hotel staff. The hotel was generally quiet and pleasant with only 2 incidents: 1. 2 parties were having a loud argument outside our hotel room for a few minutes. Seems like unhappy with room arrangements. We didn't open door. 2. A large group of Chinese/Taiwanese tourist stood at the entrance of the lift door n forced their way in before we could step out.... We had to tell them to back off n let us out. ( perhaps crowd control needed for such tourists)"

"House keeping was 7 out if 5 stars. The rooms are angelic ✨️. the sheets pilliows and bedding are unmatched. The entire support area bathrooms and showers are spotless. The staff was extremely helpful with all requests and very patient:) This is a great place and area easy to walk anywhere and very safe. Highly recommended. The only constructive criticism that might improve the property is a modernized laundry area for those who are into it. Some travelers like to freshen up more often then others. The only other thing i would improve is a larger or two refrigerators incase there are large numbers if guests. Many times two staff members were available i would get a company car for the front instead of people calling a taxi one front desk employee could sub as a driver and take people somewhere."
