"The door had little soundproofing. My room was across from some kind of club room, staff were clanking bottles and what sounded like power washing tubs or buckets from 10 to 11pm. Not great for a 4am wake up."

"The receptionist name was Dhruti. We are arrived 2hrs before checking in time. Dhruti was happy and helpful to welcome us. We checked in without delay, nothing seemed too much trouble for this lady. We hope the Manager reads this message, front of house staff are really important and Dhruti sets a high standard for customer service."

"Convenient location for catching a flight, especially being connected to Heathrow Terminal 2/3. That part was definitely a plus. However, our dining experience at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. We asked the front desk about nearby lunch options and were told most places were after security, so we ended up eating at the hotel restaurant on the first floor. Prices were quite high, which would have been okay if the service matched. Unfortunately, our food took forever while tables that arrived after us were already being served. Our waiter never checked on the order status, and after waiting about 40 minutes, we finally asked—only to find out the kitchen had accidentally lost our ticket. The server told us the food would be out in “3 minutes,” but it still took around 15 more. What frustrated us most wasn’t even the mistake—it happens—but the lack of honesty and communication. Had we known earlier, we could have left and avoided stress since we had tickets booked for Windsor Castle. Great for airport convenience, but restaurant service really needs improvement."

"I am a regular visitor to this hotel and every time I have been here has been an excellent service and experience, however on this stay, I felt the room we stayed in was very tired, in need of some upgrades. I was disappointed with the hairdryer not working. The water leaked through the shower door, all over the floor. I dried this up, but overall the room was not up to good standard and disappointed overall. I have booked this hotel for a few more visits this year and have also recommended it to my friends. I hope the rooms booked in the next coming months are good/excellent standard."

"I was near a fire door, that was opening and closing during the night that was very loud. Like metal scraping against metal. Also during the night there was an awful howling/squealing sound coming from the bathroom. Was the shower piping. Had to close bathroom door to muffle, went on for about 20 minutes."
