"The shower and bed were top notch. I wish my shower worked that well at home. Lol. When I told front desk that I needed a taxi to the airport at 4am he actually reserved me a taxi and told me the price I would pay for the ride and then he said he would get me some breakfast before I left. A couple of hours later ten minutes before 4am I saw this decent breakfast spread in the lobby (something far better than I could make). I quickly got a coffee and yogurt. I easily could have eaten more things there. That's the kind of service that's exceptional and if I'm back in Helsinki I will be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for your excellent service."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Metsari. The reception staff were welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable, always happy to offer helpful local tips. As a solo queer traveler Metsari was amazing. The staff (knowledgeable and warm), room (balcony), location (central), and food (breakfast) was exceeded my expectations. Constantine, Mariam and Sofia (reception) answered all my questions patiently, with offering helpful suggestions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options in a relaxed, cozy setting. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. A very, well-run hotel with attentive service — I’d happily stay here again!! "

"Decor was classy and room was well laid out and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and showed initiative when providing information. Location was right next to Helsinki train station which was convenient but would have been better if there was a direct indoor link. "
