先方のメール確認不足で深夜到着時に泊まれないというハプニングありました。こちらのコミュニケーション不足も否めませんが、ホテル側の対応にはがっかりしました。しかし後日オーナー側と話しをしたところ、半分は返金されたので、その対応については納得できると感じました。
