"The staff is top notch. The room is extremely well appointed and spacious. This hotel is a gem!"

"The service at the front desk was excellent especially with giving us directions for the subway. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. The front desk also gave free water bottles, chips, and cookies for everyone. The area was safe and near broadway. The rooms were clean and the showerhead was strong and gave one a nice back massage. The only drawback was that people kept ignoring the six person capacity sign and loaded it at breakfast time and it broke down twice and we had to take the stairs down 12 flights each time."

"The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors talking, having party and playing music. "

"Good overall- very small tiny room and bathroom. When taking a shower, all the water spills over on the bathroom floor due to not having a proper shower door. "
