We went as a family with 2 teenagers and as the place is for rest and relaxation we still had a great family time. The cabin needed to be maintained as a few things were broken. "Professional and friendly staff from the gate the security gives clear instructions. Front staff by the reception they welcomed us with smile and they kept on checking on us if we were still okay. Waiters and waitress were excellent, room service food was delivered very quick. Overall were happy with our stay and definitely coming back, well rested."
"It was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. We had an enjoyable weekend and the pool was a main hangout for our children. We appreciated the coureous service in all respects - reception, dining, etc. and some names come to mind - Thabang, Tshego (reception), Boibelo, Dimakaso and Chris (dining) - of course we can't forget to Big Up GM Stephan (whose guiding hand we are sure was at work - we hope to see him next time we visit).
