"Almost perfect location! Few minutes from Amsterdam Centraal and next to multiple tram lines. Great and helpful staff. Comfortable room with good sized bathroom. The only thing I would add is a place or platform to put my luggage so it can be opened off the floor (maybe modifying the built-in desk or removing the desk drawer unit). Would definitely stay here again!"

"The location can’t be beat! I really enjoyed my stay with my view of the canals and easy access to sites and transportation. Would give five stars, but I had a refrigerator that didn’t work and after reporting it there was no follow up. There was also a lot of construction going on in the lobby and at times some of the services were not available. I would stay here again."

"Location couldn't be better. Breakfast was good and staff were super helpful. That said, the rooms were tiny and overall the prices were extremely high. That said, it's Amsterdam and prices are high because it's such a magical city."

"The positives were great location, friendly staff, nice happy hour, lively bar, quiet room, and great boat tour (Tony was the best!). Negatives would be poor lighting, not much shelf space in the bathroom, not the easiest AC to navigate (instructions at check in would be helpful), and 33 Euros for breakfast seems pretty high (we opted out). Overall, my rating would be closer to 4.5 if didn't have to round down or up."
