"Dålig städning, kan inte dammsugits många gånger. TVn-lösningen fungerade inte. Fick inte duschmatta 1-2 dagar. Väldigt ojämn värme på duschvattnet, ena stunden skållhett och andra stunden iskallt. I princip alla handspritsautomater var tomma som stod överallt på hotellet. Begränsat utbud på frukosten. Ta inte den dyra middagsbuffen om du inte kan/ska äta mycket. Personalen verkar helt oengagerade och ointresserade, totalt passiva. Totalt sett mycket sämre sedan Skistar tagit över hotellet. "
"Room was clean enough but had areas that needed dusting. General maintenance was good and facilities are well kept.
Spa is good value and is a great bonus to the hotel.
Great area, close enough to Oslo to make it an easy trip during the day.
Alternative places to eat in the area are all 30 minutes or so away though.
Views are incredible and make the overall stay more than worthwhile."
