"We were greeted upon our arrival. Even tho it says 3pm, we were able to go in at 2:30. Room was clean but lots of big “ink” stains on carpet and floor in bathroom was full of hair Parking was a little tricky since the big snow storm but we managed. Breakfast is always a hit. "

"Found a live cockroach crawling on the shoulder of the chair that I was sitting at the time. I killed the cockroach and showed it to the staff. Nothing further was done or said about my concerns over the experience. "

"There was a fire at the hotel - we stayed outside for 1.5 hours - hotel offered no blankets , comforts some had no socks or jackets - we had to get out - then no communication next day - like all is rectified , have some free breakfast - no nothing - it was hard- I couldn’t warm up for a long time next door McDonald let us get warm and use bathrooms a- a plan for host should be considered "
