"Parking: Too confusing and inconvenient Laundry service: Non existent, never refilled towels. Had to grab them downstairs ourself Never changed bed sheets Never took out the garbage(we did ourselves) Room always looked the same way we left it "

"The room was right on a main Street all night was screeching tires and transports. Bed was the worst I've tried to sleep on so old and uncomfortable spring mattress won't be staying again for $150 a night on top of the they decided around 10 pm to get supplies out of their storage right beside my room and their voices echoed through the room till they finally left the storage room. Never slept a wink and had a medical procedure to have to go through the following morning. Next time rent a more expensive room!! Screw that"
