"Don't be fooled by the term suite. I reserved a sweet with multiple beds and a sofa bed and all it was was a standard room with two queen beds and a sofa. Dirty linens and a stained pillow were in the closet. The towels in the bathroom were done properly which otherwise I would have been concerned sleeping in the beds. To get bedding for the sofa I was required to go downstairs to get it since there were no housekeeping staff in the hotel after 5:00 p.m."

"Internet only works when the place is empty. Spent 2 days on with Expedia and the place ti get refunded for last 2 days. Staff claimed it was our international phones and gave US a number to call. Not helpful as this number stated they did not service Sonesta! All this while arranging/ attending a funeral! Ended up with loads of data charges- our phones were fine and had WiFi everywhere else. People live there and obviously use several devices. If you have local phone service, you’re fine, then you’ll get free occasional WiFi ! The place is run down, carpet ripped up, hair in the vanity drawer. This used to be a beautiful hotel. Will not return. "

"They were pet friendly. The room was dingery and the bath tub was so bad we would not even get in it to take a shower. The pictures on the website were not even close to how the room looked. We will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had really nice bath products. The location in downtown was ideal. We parked and walked everywhere. It was very convenient. We also loved that the hotel was historic. There is a coffee shop in the hotel building but a couple others within a block. Highly recommend."
