"Excellent value for money, within walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The bar attached to hotel called The Fat Badger has a great atmosphere, and a lovely outdoor seating area with heaters for when it’s a bit chilly. Would highly recommend."

"It’s our first time stay in this hotel. The environment is clean, quiet and comfortable, especially the bar area where we chill out foe a cup of coffee there. The staff also friendly make ourself at home. The breakfast is fresh and amazing. We will come here again! "

"Good clean convenient hotel, comfy bed. Nice reception/bar area. Didn’t have food but menu looked reasonable. Excellent EV charging- 4 charge points working on Charge Assist app which was easy to use and good value. Downside is the car park charge but that seems to apply to all hotels in York. "
