The area that we were in in Hawthorne is predominately Hispanic, I'm married to one so this isn't a criticism. I'm just saying that if you're looking for a huge variety of things (restaurants, supermarkets & shopping) you'll have to look elsewhere.

Like a lot of areas, there are a lot of homeless people in the area around the hotel. Otherwise a good area.
