"This Hotel looks brand new, and it is immaculately clean. It is pet friendly and the staff is very friendly as well. They are very helpful and accommodating. It offers a full breakfast, and the room prices are very reasonable. The beds are extremely comfortable and the Suites are huge. The amenities are plentiful. It also has a full bar and multiple restaurants in walking distance. We ate at one which was right across the parking lot. It had very good American food. They thought of everything a traveler could possibly need. We use this Hotel when visiting our Grandchildren in Midland Texas. It is exactly halfway from our hometown in Louisiana. It has everything you could think of in a hotel, and we will stay there every time we head to Midland."

"We had a lovely time at the Barn Loft. Such pretty decor, comfy bed, and shower. We were greeted by Bingo the cat and the property owner. The Flying H Ranch is an East Texas delight!"

"Extremely clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price in a decent part of town. Felt like a new place with many updates. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I will be booking again soon. I appreciate that the entry is a little different through the Staybridge parking lot instead of directly off the main road. I had my vehicle stolen at a different brand hotel in Houston with easy on/off freeway access for get away purposes so it felt better parking here. Wouldn't be a top choice cruise for breaking into cars."

"Upon arrival to the parking lot, I was disappointed by the appearance of the outer exterior. To my surprise, the inside of the room was very nice! Updated flooring, nice comfy queen bed, sleeper sofa, coffee table and additional table and chair. Shower worked properly with complimentary shower gel and shampoo for less than $70/night! Now breakfast was only mini muffins and coffee, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby (Braum's 3 min drive) (Sonic 3 min drive) Wal-Mart 2 min drive, Slim Chickens 6 min drive. The electrical outlets need to be repaired (too loose to hold a cell phone charging box or extension cord). Cable is ANALOG and needs to be upgraded, it's 2026. Other than that, it was a good experience. The staff (all shifts) were amazing as well. Security cameras all throughout the property also (big plus). Also, if check-out is 11:00 AM, housekeeping should NOT be knocking on your door at 10:40 to ask if you are checking out or staying."
