"Although the room was cosmetically clean and nicely renovated, the smell of the disinfectant and whatever it was masking was overwhelming. I was not able to sleep the whole night through and had to leave early in the morning because of an allergic reaction to the smell. Also, this is NOT a hotel, it is a MOTEL. I was deceived by the false advertising."

"The building is a quick overnight place to rest your head. The building is old and under construction. Found two small roaches from a crack in the restroom tile grout that I had to kill so they would go into my bags. The staff was nice but the building is worn down. The restroom mirror had exposed wires coming out of the conduit. This would not be my first choice to come back."

"Main areas smelled wonderful and were clean. Room had an odd smell and the air conditioner I don’t believe was working properly. But otherwise was in good condition. Had a good breakfast selection. "

"Pet friendly. Our room was 2 QUEEN beds and no smoking. It was comfy just needed fluffier pillows but that's my opinion. Only downside was no elevator and I had my elderly parents with me. Also had a desk area. Big room!"

"We were on second floor, water pressure in shower was very warm but not enough pressure. Also, the walk in shower leaked so we had water on tile floor when we exited. Rooms were renovated and looked good. King bed was a bit high to get in and out of, but I am 5’4”. Great location to UT Tyler"
