Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village

"It feels like being on a cruise ship on land. They are set up for HUGE crowds- even though there were none while I was there. There is a large enclosed tram to take you to the hotel from the other hotel closest to the parking lot- so unfortunate. Parking is $50 a day on top of the resort fee. The pre-paid "breakfast" is not a meal but a bite of food and a mini drink even my kids thought was a waste of plastic. We were told we could shower before our flight evening but they failed to say it had to be before 5pm. They accused me of lying about it when I called to ask where to go at 5:30 and refused to provide anywhere to shower or towels (the towel machines also cut off at 5pm). They are more focused on crowd control and max efficiencies-- not customer service."
"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is amazing. Aunt Pua at the Voyager 47 Club is the sweetest hostess ever. Great views of the ocean and bay. We did have an issue with no hot water and they resolved the issue promptly. We’ll be staying here again. Thank you for all great service and memories "
"Great place to stay with family! The villas are very spacious and the grounds are well kept. Take a stroll along the scenic botanical pathway and watch the sunset! Note that housekeeping is every 10 days, there are washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the unit. I would recommend to family and friends. "
"Location is excellent! Right on Banyan Dr. and close to the airport.
Hotel is a bit rustic, but staff is nice!
Very good for the price in my opinion "
