Overall cleanliness was OK. The bathroom looked newly refurbished, however the shower caddy was rusty and the soap dispensers were empty. No parking but there is a car park behind the hotel, also from the road isn’t easy to spot as it looks like a restaurant from the front. Breakfast was OK, one choice of coffee only included in the price. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Only spent one night here but our room was really good (modern and felt new). Had everything we needed and bed/pillows really good. It was hot night but expected it with the nice weather (room did have a small cooling unit and we brought our own fan). Nice bar and restaurant attached. Would stay here again next time we come to Haverhill.

Staff very good and courteous but room left a lot to be desired.Chips out of walls, liquid splashed on 1 wall and left to dry,bathroom was dirty(dust), shower was full of mould, rust on stainless steel, toilet seat stained and the bowl (top edge) hadn't been cleaned in a while. The laminate also seemed as not fit for purpose as chipped and lifting

Wedding weekend in Haverhill

Hotel is located great for shops, Transport and bars. Was impressed with the room and very easy to find the hotel, it has a lovely bar downstairs that does a wide variety of cocktails. Their is only two things that let this hotel down and stop it getting 10/10. • Night Entrance is difficult and you lightning/ visibility is poor intill you get very near the door. • Customer service was poor and the out of hours contact number is no use what so ever
