"A lovely property in old town Zurich. It's close to the tram and about a 9 minute walk to the central train station. The room was very comfortable and restful. As noted in the hotel information, the hvac is centralized. We opened the window as it was slightly stuffy in the room and that worked well. The area is quiet and we enjoyed our one night stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly."

"It was a good hotel to stay at, and the location is great! However, I do have to mention that on my first day, the towels left in my room were dirty. When I requested a clean towel, it took forever to arrive (at least 60 minutes). I eventually ended up showering with the dirty towel, which was very disappointing. The breakfast is definitely worth it, so my advice would be to include it in your booking! The rooms are small but comfortable and perfectly fine for a short stay. As for bathroom amenities, the hotel only provides a 3-in-1 body wash and body lotion, so plan accordingly. There are no shower caps, cotton balls, or other basic toiletries provided. Overall, the location is excellent and the breakfast is a plus, but the housekeeping and towel service could definitely be improved."

"I enjoyed my 2-night stay at the Hotel Adler. Location is great - easy walk to the train station, the river, all the bridges and so many cafes and restaurants. The history of the building is very interesting and I liked reading about it. My room was small but didn't feel cramped or awkward at all. The bed was fine but I wouldn't want to sleep on it for a week - a bit on rigid, but again, it was fine. Hotel staff were great - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and easy. I would recommend the hotel and I would stay here again."
