"Stayed for a total of 5-6 nights. Hotel is good. However rooms are a bit on the smaller side. Also this is a heritage hotel, so some rooms have extra furnishings than other. Overall a pleasant stay. Hotel is close by to thamel and other touristy areas in kathmandu. It is also about 30 mins away from airport during rush hour. Staff was helpful in arranging taxi to and from as needed. Food in nepal seems to on lower side of salt and spice and the same is seen in hotel. May be something the hotel can address for food lovers who have a taste of spicy food."

"Amazing experience..Location is great..Thamel’s colorful happening streets are just a few meters away.. Upon landing in Kathmandu city, hotel’s own transfer was there and these 2 days sayings were amazing.. Hotel’s Manager Mr. Ganga was all through a cordial helping hand from the day 1 , we checked in the hotel.. Surely will stay again in this hotel..if our Kathmandu trip repeats again.."

"While there are a few areas of the room that could be improved, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the hotel team. Whenever we encountered an issue, the staff responded promptly, professionally and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to resolve every concern, making us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. No hotel is perfect but what sets a great hotel apart is how it handles guests’ feedback and problems. In this regard, the team excelled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that any areas needing improvement would be addressed and continuously enhanced. Overall, the excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."
