"The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room view was excellent. The room was not cleaned properly , the couch inside the room needed to be cleaned. The bed slept comfortably. There is no microwave inside the room. Elvin in house keeping did a great job cleaning our room. The tv did not have enough channels. My husband loves to watch TV when I mention it to the Front Desk she replied saying the internet doesn’t work. The next day I mentioned the same thing front desk said they would send a technician to fix it, no one never came to fix the tv. Overall I enjoyed my stay in the beautiful city."

"I was unable to have breakfast as my intinerary was just way too jam packed. Rio Piedra's was a lovely spot, the staff were all super helpful. The fact that they have beach towels was a life saver and a game changer! Room was exactly what I needed, simple and very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful for relaxation after a long day out enjoying the island. Great location for local bites. I will certainly be back."
