Sink cold water tap broken, No bed sheets only thin blanket, Carpet had fibres stick to feet and into bed. 4 people registered but only towels etc. for 2. A/C worked fine and quiet for sleeping

La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection
paid for an ocean front view with balcony and got a balcony with an obstructed view. Was told they would accommodate me for this error but never did. Room was clean and everything else was good.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
Tried to change the dates over 2 months prior to departure as our son announced a sudden wedding. The hotel refused to change the dates and I even offered to pay a penalty. They said no. Will never stay at a Hyatt. They stink.

Bali Hotel Adults Only Isla Verde, a Trademark by Wyndham
