"Poor staff training. I asked the manager about an airport shuttle at check-in and she said they didn't begin until 6:30 but I had a 7 am flight so I booked a Lyft for 5:30. As I was waiting for my Lyft ($25), the hotel shuttle driver pulled up! Driver told me that 5:30 was normal start time. Thanks ..."
