"It's a services hotel but perfect for my needs. Staff were great and found me an ironing board when there was one missing from my room. Plenty of dining options in the services and a small bar at the hotel reception. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, hot shower, Nando's and free parking; ideal."

"Due to the automated check in & check out I didn’t get to see a a staff member throughout my stay. Hotel has a good location and well kept for an old building. Didn’t seem to be a lift"

"Was a nice hotel for the money, but don't expect super high end luxury. Paid for an upgraded room to have bath robes (had to ask for them) and Elemis toiertries (got handsoap and shampoo). The room was clean, although looking tired in places. For the money, I can't fault it, but as mentioned, don't expect a luxury spa experience. The gym, spa and pool are in another building, so not really the type of place you walk around in your slippers and robe (unless your comfortable walking through the carpark). The front of the building and reception areas do look grand, but you find the rear of the property to be a modern (guess 1960's) extension that sits awkwardly in the hotels grounds. Bonus points for being dog friendly!"

"Upon check in, I requested a room in the ground floor because my companion is not able to go up the stairs and reception managed to move our room from 2nd floor to the ground floor. Thank you! The room was spacious, very clean and very modernly designed. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of choices and everything delicious. Restaurant dining experience was also great with a bar just next door. Haven’t checked the pool and spa which I missed. Staff are accommodating, friendly and hardworking. Very convenient with the wedding venue and reception only a minute away which was decorated amazingly beautiful. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay and I highly recommend it. "
