"The area is quiet and a convenient store was about a 10 mins walk away. We were looking for something close to the airport for an early flight out of Osaka but I wouldn't recommend staying here and communicating to Dotonbori or to other surrounding area of Osaka as it is a far drive. The place is spacious and had enough beds for our family of 5. Overall great location if you're looking for something close to KIX airport."

"It was a good stay for family. Stayed 4 days, 3 night. Subway line is abt 800m away, less than 10 mins walk will connect u to the rest of the subway/Trains line. For those whom drive, free sheltered parking right in front. House is clean, 3 bedrooms, one small playroom for children. Well maintained. "

"新しく綺麗で清潔な、快適なお家でした。洗濯乾燥機があり、洗剤も柔軟剤も完備されているため、長期滞在に向いていると思います。ベランダには物干し竿があり、干す道具もそろっていました。また、静かな環境でゆっくり出来ました。ただ、私達は夜中に到着したため、同じような建物が沢山り、非常に迷いました。これから利用する方は、郵便受けに「旅タイム」と書いてある建物を探すと分かりやすいと思います。また、家の前の道路が狭く、駐車場も狭いので、大きな車は停めにくいです。幅180cmの車でギリギリでした。戸惑ったこともありましたが、総合的には快適で、家族全員とても満足しています。 "

"My wife and I loved our time at this property. It has a very cute garden where we would sit and have tea. We also enjoyed the art display in the living room, which was all made by the host’s mother. The property is in an area away from the city where we could get a taste of everyday life in Japan, so we were delighted every time we walked to and from the train stations. "The property is right next to (or you could say part of) the airport! Walked 5 mins to get to the terminals so was super handy and necessary for the early leaving flights! It has a convenience store right outside which was super handy for late night snacks. Room was plenty big with very grand interior (which one might say is old fashioned) and was very well equipped with amenities. Easy to find and check in with super helpful staff so highly recommended!"

"This hotel was perfect for my late airport arrival. Right at the exit of the first train stop. Easy and fast self check-in, a helpful attendant stood at the ready to take any questions and guide guests to the elevators. Morning shuttle for those departing. Make sure to get a room with enough bed size to your liking. There were some extra mattresses in the closet of our room, however our family of four was fine without them."

"Honestly, there aren't lots of restaurants near the hotel, but at least there's a well-stocked 7-11 and a Japanese stationery store close by that can brighten my day. The bed was comfy enough, though having an extra pillow would have made it even better. The living room does feel a little cramped."

"I read the reviews just before I checked in. And question myself what have I booked!! But for my surprise, the hotel doesn't disappointed at all . The room is clean and good size for 3 of us with 3 single beds. The view is facing to busy road Great way to end of our holiday in Japan by the dinosaur reception. Journey to go the hotel was a bit uncertain as no people there..... There is nothing in the area so check in in late afternoon just for shower and sleep. Quite happy for it, will book again when I use KIX for early or late flight. And near distance "
