"Nice location and off the beaten path. An easy 15 minute drive to most things we wanted to see; zoo, central Nagano, Nagano station. Easy parking, nice relaxing hot bath on balcony. It was an older Ryoken but maintained and Friendly staff. "

"Conveniently located by Nagano Station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Storage lockers available before check in and after check out. They offer a free donut on check in. Prepaid breakfast had a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 6th floor overlooking the street. You pick your own amenities downstairs.

"Only 5-7mins walk to Nagano St. Many options of dining restaurants around hotel and station. They provided all amenities which we needed very complete, there were (if i m not mistaken) 4 or 5 coins-laundry machine with its dryer near lobby/receiptionist area on the Ground/1st floor. We really had wonderful 4 night-stays here! "
