"The staff was efficient and pleasant, and I appreciated the location. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use, with good water pressure. The shade darkened the room effectively. The coffee maker worked well and had a nice selection. There was a QR code to tip the hotel staff without needing cash--brilliant! My concerns were that the room design was fun, but not functional, and many amenities didn't work as well as at other hotels in this price range. There was lots of lighting in the bathroom area but pretty much none in the bedroom area, so it was difficult to work in the evening or read in bed. The heating was responsive but very loud and woke me several times during the night (I'll add I'm a light sleeper). There was no towel hook near the sink, there were no hangers for pants, the steamer and hairdryer had problems, and there was only one garbage can (in the bathroom, not near the fridge and coffee makers). Some wallpaper was peeling a bit, and some paint was chipped. The stay was fine, but I was disappointed."

"We stayed here for a quick spring break weekend. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area and only about 15 minutes from downtown. The property feels clean and modern, the staff was friendly, our suite was spacious, parking was easy, and breakfast had a good selection. The indoor pool, though, was a big disappointment. A group of unsupervised preteen/early‑teen boys took over the area for nearly two hours—kicking a soccer ball around, hitting walls and fixtures, moving a trash can as a target, and being so loud our younger kids couldn’t safely enjoy the pool. A staff member briefly stepped in but didn’t address the behavior, and even when an adult with the group arrived, nothing changed. More consistent rule enforcement would really help. Our suite, which sleeps up to six, also wasn’t stocked with enough linens, and it took a while for staff to find extras. Overall, the hotel has a lot of positives, but the pool situation significantly affected our stay. "

"The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. When we went to go swimming, the pool was too dirty for our comfort level to go swimming. There was a bunch of black stuff on the bottom. The room layout flowed well. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was very dirty. Our drain wouldn’t drain until I removed the hair clogging it. It wasn’t my hair, it was the first time we were showering there. Our stay was overall good/okay, it wasn’t terrible but it could have been cleaner. "

"Room was clean and nice. Had a fun time in the pool. Breakfast was really crowded and the line to the waffle machine was long, so we didn't eat there in the morning. It was St Patricks Day week and Spring Break, so probably busier than usual. We enjoyed the area and stay."
