"No ice buckets or glasses in the room. TV selection of channels was good. Several electrical outlets did not work. "

"The breakfast was practically nonexistent , out of waffle batter,only 2 yogurt cups, 4 slices of bread no rolls or pastry or muffins. Our room was not clean will never stay there again."

"While we have frequented staying at this property in the past, this particular stay determined that we will no longer have a desire to stay there or recommend it. While we truly appreciated the room upgrade, it was offered after having multiple issues with the alternative rooms we were given after issues of cleanliness and still had a significant problem in the upgraded suite. There were other instances that did not put ease to our trip because of compromised situations on the property as well. Disappointed all around, especially based on previous enjoyable stays, but there has been a noticeable slow decline that no longer renders this property as desirable."

"The lady at the front desk has a very nasty attitude, she also completed fraudulent charges on my account and told me that she wasn’t going to refund them! I immediately called the 3rd party company to get my money refunded, I also gave her the keys back to the rooms I reserved because after that kind of service I refused to stay there or do business! Never again! I have never received that kind of treatment at a hotel!!"

"We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before being told it was ready. The refrigerator was still full of food from previous people staying there. Clock on night stand hadn’t been changed since the time change. No coffee at the breakfast bar. Informed the desk since that was the only staff available. She was too busy looking at her phone to call for help. No orange juice. No one willing to get any either. Will find other accommodations on our next visit."
