"Our room was nice, spacious, clean, quiet. There are 2 things that I had issue with, the first is that the Home Screen of the room in the tv has few very options for movies, unless you want to spend money On Demand. We couldn’t stream from our phone even though the TV has instructions on its homepage to down whatever app to stream. I called for help but was told they did not have that option. My second gripe was with the pool. It’s basically impossible to get a lounge chair anywhere near the pool. The 21+ pool had 20 (give or take but it wasn’t much more) lounge chairs by the pool, they get snatched up immediately. The rest (cabanas, sun beds) you have to rent at 100s of dollars. The family pool was not much better. There’s a large space in between the 2 pools that also have lounge chairs but it’s nowhere near the pool, and you’re basically just laying on top of asphalt. So if you’re going to a clean quiet hotel, I recommend. But if you’re looking for a place where you can have an easy pool day without shelling out $$$$, I’d stay somewhere else. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. Our room didn't have a microwave, a mini fridge, or a coffee maker. They offered complimentary shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. The pool is only open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. They offer complimentary pool towels for the pool area. There are a lot of great restaurants inside the hotel. They have 2 Starbucks inside the hotel. We did order room service for breakfast. The food was delicious and the service was fast. The whole ordering and delivery time frame was less than 30 minutes in total. The friendly staff delivered our order straight up to our room. We had a great vacation staying at the hotel. We will definitely be back again. "

"-After checking the room, found a used kleenex on the floor. -had to request for the TV Remote -On our last day, we had to check out early because the shower floor was clogged up and flooded the whole bathroom! -phone was staticky, could hardly hear the operator. Long wait to speak to the Front Desk"

"My room was good and clean. However, I the toilet was not working when I checked it and it took a bit of back and forth with the (unusable) digital assistant to get the issue resolved. In addition, there was no room service during my two day stay. The food at the bakery was ok. I expected more from this hotel. "
