"Great location, close to malls, the concourse and public transportation. spacious room (studio). Nice staff. They offered fresh coffee in the morning which was nice. I also liked that they had complimentary ad-free movies. One small negative that wasn’t worth deducting a star over- the elevators had a bad smell. Would definitely recommend if you have business in chatswood. "

"We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of Killara Hotel and Suites, Sydney. One very pleasant aspect was the breakfast, which was always delicious. The staff, in particular, Kali, Pat and Sally were very helpful too. We will definitely be staying here again."

"We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. "

"Staff very helpful. Bed was a bit hard. Our room faced the main road, and was a bit noisy. We were offered a different room but stayed in ours and got used to the traffic noise. Didn’t stop us sleeping. The hotel Cafe/Restaurant served excellent breakfasts."
