I also liked that they had complimentary ad-free movies. One small negative that wasn’t worth deducting a star over- the elevators had a bad smell. "We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. "
