"I keep coming back to this hotel because of the location, but honestly it is a disappointment every time. The rooms are dated, the carpets are old and worn, and the elevators are slow. The door to my room was broken, so every time I wanted to leave for food or go to gym, I had to go downstairs, alert the staff, go back up, and wait for security to come and let me in. The process took as much as a half hour every time I wanted to get back in. I stopped leaving my room because of it. I have a Hilton Honors, but it didn't stop me from being charged for Internet. If you are flying in and out of ORD, this is a convenient hotel, but for the money there are so many better options. "

Our room type was changed and room key wasn’t working, they moved our rooms twice from floor to floor. The room was dirty, no room cleaning was done even after asking twice each day of stay. Pathetic hotel experience even with being a mariott Bonvoy member. "
