"The person that checked us in was friendly and informative. I have two separate bookings for two nights and she made it so we could stay in the same room. She explained where everything was and what time breakfast is. The hotel is quiet, clean and or room is very spacious "

"The hotel is easy to find and the closest to the national park so it was great to visit daily and close drive to downtown and waterfront. Dining available. Lots of parking available. Games room is great. Nice pool but gets very loud with kids using the slide on weekends or when doing construction. Pet friendly. Only complaint was "patio" consisted of 2 patio stones and a tree on each side to the curb parking in front of room.Wouldn't consider it a patio as couldn't sit there with chairs because the car is right in front. Non patio room guests parked in front of ours so was annoyed we had to squeeze around their car. Will pick a balcony another time with more room. Will only clean room only as requested at check in."
