"The room and bathroom were immaculate, housekeeping excellent, desk staff friendly and helpful. Did not have occasion to use the bistro,so can't comment on that. The free morning shuttle to catch the Metro at Crows Nest is an excellent service, most helpful. It would be even better if you could book a pickup from Crows Nest in the afternoon.
