The staff did an amazing job helping us book a trip to Ninh Binh even when it appeared to be sold out. They went above and beyond and it was the best part of our trip.

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great to have a bathroom that didn’t leak water everywhere! Extremely good breakfast. The reason for four stars not five is that it was billed as a four star hotel. It was very basic and not really my idea of four stars.
