The room was clean and roomy, staff (from manager to reception) were polite and friendly, especially the breakfast team (Emma, Lily, and Thanh), who gave us and the other customers happy greetings when we entered the restaurant. My initial review stated that we had a rough start, however management was gracious and kind and so very helpful. Emma, lily and throng made our dining experience very pleasant. The manager of the property was so gracious. The area around property makes walking to lake, night market and cathedral easy.

Great location, good value and friendly staff.

We had a great time. Rose and rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We even had a free upgrade facing the church, we even got to check in 3 hours early as our flight landed in the morning. Hotel is in a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. You can book your excursions at the reception and you get a discount in doing so. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the great service the hotel team provided.

This time, my senior and I went on a 5-night, 6-day trip. It was difficult to understand at first as the hotels of the same group were lined up next to each other, but once you got used to it, there was no problem. I took the 86 bus from the airport and got off in front of the Melia Hotel, and it was a very convenient location, within walking distance, and there were many delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were also very kind and friendly. They call out to us as we pass by the front desk. The breakfast was also abundant and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Hanoi.

A wonderful hotel right in the centre of Hanoi. Fantastic staff, nice clean rooms and a perfect location near the Old Quarter. The highlight though was book the Tour and Spa with Harry and Jacky really enjoyed. A fantastic spot to cool down after exploring hectic Hanoi. Breakfast is very good too!

Stayed in the Splendid Holiday Hotel for few night and it's was a brilliant start to my first trip to Vietnam. The hotel was incredible matched by the staffs amazing service, Especially Mr Harry and Jacky look after us for do Massage and help us booked Halong bay cruise and Sapa tour don't miss breakfast in the basement.
