Unfortunately, there were more negatives than pris about this hotel. The pros,, It is right smack in the centre of the old quarter making it easy to get around. My room on the 5th floor was quite large, and everything seemed to work nicely except tge toilet had a weak flush. The Manager was an extremely helpful and friendly lady who even came out to the main road to meet me and assist to me to the hotel. The negatives were numerous, the reception is tiny, and the walls up to the 5th floor were shabby and needed painting. The breakfast area was isub-contracted to a backpackers hostel about 2 blocks away. The quality of the breakfast was average to say the least.THe hotel did not seem to know their core business priorities as being either a motor bike rental place, a tour seller or a hotel. The hotel is located off from the road on a rough lane way. It turned out to be the most expensive hotel I stayed at in all of Vietnam. I forfeited 3 days stay there and went to the Grand Cititel for a lot less cost and far far better comfort and location.

I had a great stay at Skyline Hotel. Super friendly staff and great vibes overall. Location of hotel is great and is near many yummy food options. The rooms are great as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I come back to Hanoi!

Great location and awesome staff

The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter. It’s close to everything and just off busy roads so it’s quiet. The help from Phillip was amazing. He contacted us before we got here and set up tours to Ninh Binh and a 3 day tour to Ha Long Bay. They were both great and we liked knowing in advance that we could see what we wanted on the dates we wanted.

The Skyline Central hotel (formerly Bonsella Cozy) is now owned by the Skyline hotel. When I went to check into Skyline, they switched me to Skyline Central which is a nicer hotel. I got the upgrade for my entire stay of 4 nights :)

This property is in ally with small rooms, free breakfast need to walk for 3 minutes in another Hostel, review seems like fake as property is not more than 6, rooms without window and good for budget travelers, I booked by mistake as in Google maps it gives u address at sky lounge property

Overall ok stay good location

Overall ok stay wasnt happy about walking to another to backpacks hotel in the cold weather in the morning for breakfast. Breakfast finishes early as 9am. Staff ok wasnt very accommodating.

他の方も書いてますが、フロントの方の感じが良いです。清掃、アメニティ補充も毎日あります。シャワーはお湯が途中で水に変わってしまう事がありました。全体としては快適に過ごせました。

Trop humide...

Très humide, champignons sur les murs, quartier avec beaucoup d’odeurs nauséabondes, personnel très serviable, ils font leur possible pour nous rendre service, salle à manger en rénovation donc il a fallu aller déjeuner dans un autre hôtel tous les matins à 8 minutes de marche... hôtel mal situé, trop près du vieux quartier dans une ruelle où les véhicules ne se rendent pas.

Belle chambre mais malheureusement très humide moisissure sur les murs. Mais côté service Plus que parfait 👍 Chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, il nous on changé de chambre, Premier matin problème avec les déjeuner, froid , arrive pas à l’heure demandé et reçois pas se qu’on commande et doit manger dans notre chambre car il n’y a pas de place Il nous on amener en taxi tout les matin dans un autre hôtel avec buffets. A chaque fois il fesait tout pour nous satisfaire. Bien situé et calme, on gardé nos valises

A Fantastic Hotel!

The service here is excellent! They help me schedule my airport transfers and a trip to her long bay. They gave me great recommendations about where to go to eat and shop. The breakfast is delicious. We were very comfortable in our room. This is a great location, we could walk to the lake and to the women’s museum and other interesting sites.

Good value for money

Comfortable rooms, great location, attentive and helpful staff, and free breakfast make the Skyline Hotel a good choice when staying in Hanoi. Overall I'd say it's the staff that make the hotel experience most memorable. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and they always attended to our queries quickly and graciously.

엄청 친절한 직원, 깨끗한 방, 샤워수압도 좋고 따뜻한 물 잘 나옵니다! 조식도 존맛~~ 쌀국수,오믈렛 만들어주고 센스있게 고수도 빼줍니다. 요거트도 넘 맛있움~~! 다만, 조식 먹을땐 이호텔이 아니라 본셀라코지 호텔로 가야 했어요. 한 3분정도 걸어야하는데 직원이 다 안내해주고 조식 먹는곳이 고층이고 창문있어서 전망도 좋음. 호텔 위치가 골목 안에 있어서 찾기가 약간 힘들수 있고, 골목에서 이상한 냄새남ㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 호안끼엠 근처라 걸어갈 수 있어 좋고 야시장 거리도 가까워요. 포쑤옹 쌀국수가 바로 옆집이라 맛있게 먹었어요 웰컴드링크는 맛이 없음. 묽은 수박주스 같은걸 줌. 전반적으로 가격대비 나쁘지 않았고 지인이 하노이 간다고 하면 추천할 거 같네요

ハロン湾１泊ツアーの前日とツアー帰りの宿泊ホテルとして予約しました。予約直後にホテルからメッセージが届き送迎サービス（トータル36USD）を申込みましましたが、これが大正解!　ハノイでは、タクシーがらみのトラブル（道がわからない、時間通りに来ないなど）が多いそうです。スカイラインホテルは口コミどおり驚くような路地に存在しますが、スタッフは皆親切です。室内はきれいに掃除されていて、とても静かでよく眠れます。朝食は同系列のボナセラコジーホテルで提供されるらしく、スカイラインホテルのスタッフが同行してくれました。ハノイの旧市街は迷路のようで、超方向音痴の私が１人でホテルまで戻れるか心配でしたが、今度はボナセラのスタッフが同行してくれて大感激です。ハロン湾からスカイラインホテルに戻ったら、エアコンが故障しているということで、前述のボナセラコジーホテルに追加料金なしで宿泊することになりました。今まで色々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、両ホテルのスタッフは本当に素晴らしいです。ナイトマーケット、コンサート、レストランなどの情報や滞在中の注意事項など詳しく教えてくれました。大手ホテルにないホスピタリティーがここにはあります。ハノイへの一人旅や節約旅行を計画している貴方、ぜひスカイラインホテル・ボナセラコジーホテルをお選びください。You will never regret it!
