Staff is really friendly and helpful. Clean property within close vicinity to old quarter Hanoi. Only drawback that rooms don’t have windows which makes it completely dark without any ventilation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable experience. No way this is what was represented. Very noisy, couldn't sleep could hear toilet flushing in next room Smelt mouldy, room was tiny. Air conditioning not effective. Very dated, no external windows in room 403. Booked for three days via Expedia, this is a 1 star Hotel. Not happy and very tired.
