大浴場も１０階にあり良い。ただし、入れ墨がある方については、日本の入浴施設と同じように利用制限（少なくとも時間制限など)して欲しい。トラブルが発生した訳ではないものの、威圧感を感じて利用し難くなるため。

スタッフは日本語が堪能です。 日本語で話そうと努力しているのが伺えます とてもフレンドリーで、事務的でもなく、ホスピタリティがとても高いと思います。 ホテルは大浴場、サウナ、マッサージチェアにマンガと日本のビジホ並みに快適です 少し老朽化と設備が古くなっている印象はあります。 年末年始に宿泊しましたが、年越しそば、おせち料理とご馳走になりました。 近くは日本料理店も多く日本のスーパーもあり快適です。 強いて言うなら旧市街などに出るには車で20分くらいかかります。観光目的なら少し離れているかなっと。。grabを使えばすぐなんですが渋滞が酷いので時間帯によってはロスになるかも。。 それを差し引いても次回のハノイもここを選ぶと思います。

日本式のビジネスホテルです。 部屋は広くないので、長期滞在すると嫌な方は窮屈に感じるかも知れません。 大浴場もありますので、ユックリとお風呂に浸かりたい方には良いかも知れません。

日本人街にある日本のビジネスホテル！ 日本から泊まりに行ったらさほど感動はしないでしょうが、わたしたちはタイに住んでいるので、予想を超えたクオリティの高さに感動しました。 求めるサービスを当たり前にしてくれる心地よさ、お客様をお客様扱いしてくれることがこんなに心地いいのかとしみじみ感じました。 ダブルベッドの狭さにちょっとびっくりしたり、（でもダブルの規定内です）カードキーが一つしかなかったり、完全におひとりさま向けのビジネスホテルです。 女風呂は狭いし、漫画コーナーも男性用です。 でもお風呂は清潔に保たれ（女性利用が少ない） 温度も適温40度ほどで、朝風呂もでき感謝感謝です。 ロビーはいい匂いがして、フロントスタッフはよく教育されていて、エレベーターのドアを開けてくれたり、荷物を持ってくれたり、一流ホテルのようでした。物を渡すときも両手で渡してくれるし、すれ違う時はななめ前下を見ていました。めんどくさい日本のおもてなしを学んで接客してくれてありがとう。日本でホテルに泊まっている気分になれました。癒されて救われている日本人がたくさんいると思います。 日本人スタッフもベトナムスタッフと仲良さそうで好印象でした。 チェックインの時、熱があったので早めにチェックイン出来てよかったです。 朝食は普通でした。 日本まで帰る時間がないときは再訪します。ありがとうございました。
