"We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with nearly everything. The service was exceptional, especially from Jimmi and Mia. Jimmi was a genuinely helpful and friendly presence throughout our stay, while Mia took care of all our tour arrangements, making things incredibly easy for us. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was a great start to each day. Overall, our trip to Hanoi was fantastic, and we are grateful for the excellent service we received. "

"The service from the staff was amazing and the location is wonderful. Judy on reception is fantastic and a credit to Meritel Hotel. Really pleased I stayed here. The only thing I would suggest is to increase the vegetarian options and if possible add some halal meat options. "

"Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help, always with a smile. Rooms are basic yet have everything we needed. There is breakfast served in the basement every morning. The area is busy, yet our room was quiet. Right in the middle if the old quarter, tons to do around the area."

"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful new hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast is served. The indoor pool was heated and zen like. The spa massage experience was excellent. The staff all appear to be highly trained and have perfected service to their customers making everyone feel like a celebrity. Location is great and a two minute walk to train Street as well as other attractions. Highly recommend. "
