Run down and not clean

Hotel name was different to one advertised Rooms were shocking - burnt out power sockets that didn’t work - toilets that didn’t flush - broken shower heads - doors to balcony didn’t close or lock - one room infested with ants that got all through our luggage Changed rooms three times but no improvement
